Trellis Mental Health and Developmental Services - Orangeville Office
Trellis Mental Health and Developmental Services is a community based mental health clinic serving adults. The staff includes social workers, psychologists (Guelph), psychiatrists, nurses and support staff. Services include assessment, treatment, consultation, education, support and advocacy. All information provided to Trellis Mental Health and Developmental Services staff is confidential.
Our services include:
* Seniors: Specialized psychiatric and mental health assessments and treatment for individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.
* Adult: Specialized psychiatric and mental health assessments for individuals experiencing mental health difficulties, and for health care providers requesting assistance in responding to the mental health needs of the people they serve. Treatment includes brief individual and group therapies, education and support groups. Prescribing and monitoring of medication.
