Monkeynastix is a unique movement education program for children aged 1 to 8, preparing them for life. Focusing on children's development and motor skills while building self-esteem, Monkeynastix is a non-competitive fitness program using patented equipment and qualified instructors. Children enjoy the Monkeynastix sessions to music and each child receives a t-shirt and cap throughout the year, daily handouts as well as an individual assessment and a year-end medal.
