Additional services provided: Individual Counselling is offered by appointment. Call the office to have a free assessment. Phase 1 of counselling sessions are usually one hour in length for 8 weeks. Anger Managment most Sunday nights 6:00pm - 7:00pm. Workshops are held on a variety of topics: Stress Management, Building Better Relationships, Leadership Development etc. Coffee and tea will be served. The seminars are free, donations to cover costs are accepted. Workshops are held throughout the year. Individual counselling is by appointment days or evenings. Workshops are held on Wed or Sun nights.
