Dufferin Area Family Health Team
The Dufferin Area Family Health Team is comprised of a variety of allied health professionals. These include mental health therapists, nurse educators, dietitians, a diabetes educator, a clinical pharmacist, nurse practitioners, a respiratory therapist, a health promoter, and 25 family physicians. Rostered patients will receive the very best care when you need it, as close to home as possible.
