The Canadian Diabetes Association works in communities across the country to promote the health of Canadians and eliminate diabetes through our strong nationwide network of volunteers, employees, healthcare professionals, researchers, partners and supporters. Canadian Diabetes Association provides world-class research support, outstanding outreach programs, and valuable services to people living with diabetes. We provide Canadians with accurate information about their disease, its effect on their physical, psychological, social and economic well-being, and offer support through our core programs and services, specifically public education and awareness, information access, outreach programs and advocacy. Clothesline® is the Canadian Diabetes Association’s clothing and household item collection program. Items accepted for collection include clothing, linens, dishes, toys, furniture* as well as knick-knacks. Diabetes Recycle Ink Program: the recycling of laser and inkjet cartridges. Used Vehicle Donation Program: environmentally recycling of used cars. Project Redial® offers Canadians the opportunity to conveniently donate their unwanted cell phone(s). Children's Camps.
